Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 10 business days. Items that are made-to-order, such as throw pillows, blankets, some jewelry, and customizable items may have longer processing times, which are detailed in the item's listing.
We typically do not ship on weekends or holidays. If our business is experiencing a high volume of orders, such as during the winter holiday season, processing time may be delayed. We will let you know through email and website notices if we are experiencing delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Any shipping limitations will be detailed in the item description. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we cannot guarantee delivery times to these addresses because they vary so widely.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as we print the label for your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for the carrier to receive the package and scan the item into their system.
In rare cases for very lightweight items, tracking may not be available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Carnelian Cauldron is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Carnelian Cauldron is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
