The Wayfinder Vegvisir Pewter Pendant features the Vegvisir symbol, a traditional symbol for protection and guidance. Vegvisir means 'signpost' or 'wayfinder'. It is an old icelandic sigil for protection and finding your way through rough weather. It's often called the Viking Compass.
The Huld Manuscript describes the Vegvisir sigil and explains, "If this sign is carried, one will never lose one's way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known."
Inscription: "Vegvisir / May I never lose my way, in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known."
Wear this pendant for yourself or give as a gift to a loved one so they may always find their way.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I didn’t intend for the listing to be misleading, and I didn’t realize it seemed to imply that it was a front blow flute and not a side blow flute. I will edit the listing to describe that more clearly. I’m so sorry for the confusion. If the flute doesn’t meet your needs, please contact me here: https://thecarneliancauldron.com/pages/contact-us so we can set up a free return for you.
This was a present for a dear friend for her birthday and I'm happy to say she loved it. It's a lovely, silken cloth; the color is vibrant and it's quite large. I'd definitely recommend purchasing your own.
